본 연구에서는 장애아 보육기관 가운데 장애아 전담 보육시설 종사자의 자격과 교육내용을 시설장, 특수교사, 치료사를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 장애아 전담 보육시설에 대한 지원을 중심으로 하여 현행제도와 문제점들을 토대로 몇 가지 제언을 하고자 한다. 구체적인 내용을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째. 이중적인 보육서비스체계가 일원화되고 지원 역시 강화되어야 할 필요성과 제도의 개선이 시급하다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 장애아에게 지원되는 서비스가 다양화는 물론이거니와 서비스를 지원하는 인력체계도 다양화 되어야 하며 자격관리도 올바르게 이루어 져야 한다. 셋째, 장애아동 욕구에 따른 서비스를 제공하고 지원하는 형태로 변화되어야 하며, 이를 관리감독하고 지원할 수 있는 기관이 필요하다고 할 수 있겠다. 넷째, 생애주기에 따른 보육서비스의 다양화를 통해 2세 이하의 장애영유아에 대한 보육이 강조되어야 하며, ``개별화된 가족지원``이 이루어지도록 지원체계를 갖추어야 할 것이다.

This study reviewed the conditions and trends of the edu-care system for children with disabilities. The purpose of this research was to observe the qualification and an educational contents of the nurture facility worker. The result of system and problems points the institution of the children handicapped were as followed. The concrete contents of research with after words is same. First. Institution of the children handicapped service system which is a duplication is unified, the nurture service support must be strengthened, the improvement of service system is urgent. Second, institution of the children handicapped service system is supported and the service support manpower system must become diversification. Third, the qualification management of the institution of the children handicapped worker must come to accomplish properly. Fourth, the volunteer system must change in the support form which follows in handicapped children. Also management will supervise a volunteer system and the agency will be able to support is necessary. Fifth, the volunteer system must be emphasized according to life period nurture about the handicapped zero infant below 2 year-old. r children with disabilities.
