이 연구는 음악과 미술활동을 통합한 활동중심중재가 언어발달장애 유아의 자발적인 발화의 습득과 유지, 그리고 일반화에 효과가 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 실시되었다. 연구의 목적을 위하여 언어발달이 지체된 유아 2명을 대상으로 기초선과 중재, 유지기를 통해 자발화의 향상 정도를 관찰하였다. 연구 결과 대상유아들은 음악과 미술활동을 통합한 활동중심중재를 통해 자발적인 발화가 향상되었고, 중재가 종료된 후에도 유지되었다. 자발화의 일반화 효과를 가정에서 알아본 결과, 대상유아들은 가정에서도 자발화의 산출이 향상됨으로써 음악과 미술활동을 통합한 활동중심중재가 자발화의 일반화에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
This study is to find out if activity intervention integrated by music and art affect spontaneous language enhancement of children with language developmental disabilities positively. For the purpose of this study, the degree of spontaneous language enhancement for two children with language developmental disabilities are investigated through base line, intervention and maintenance, and the observation of generalization for spontaneous language acquired were reported by their parents. The result shows that spontaneous language of children with language developmental disabilities was enhanced through activity intervention integrated by music and art and the enhancement was maintained after the intervention was finished. Also, the study to find out if the spontaneous language acquired in speech therapy can be generalized in their houses showed that spontaneous language of children was expressed and maintained naturally not only in therapy environment but also in their houses. In conclusion, the activity intervention integrated by music and art affected the generalization of spontaneous language acquired positively.
