본 연구는 단일사례 연구로 미술치료가 장애형제를 둔 비장애아동의 스트레스 감소에 영향을 주는지, 스트레스 변화과정은 어떠한지, 핵심적 치료요소는 무엇인지를 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 장애형제를 둔 비장애아동으로 사전검사와 사후검사는 스트레스 척도와 KFD(평정 척도지와 투사검사)를 사용하였다. 미술치료 프로그램은 장애형제를 둔 비장애아동의 스트레스 감소를 위한 프로그램으로 구성하여 8회기 진행하였다. 또 스트레스 변화과정과 핵심적 치료요소를 탐색하기 위해 매 회기 미술치료 프로그램 실시 후, 스트레스척도검사, 색채그림 검사, 감정표현 검사를 실시하였고 진행과정 관찰기록 및 녹취를 하였다. 종합적으로 분석하여 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체 스트레스는 21점이 감소되었다. 둘째, 스트레스 변화과정을 매 회기 살펴보고 제시하였다. 셋째, 핵심적 치료요소는 ‘부정적인 자신과의 만남’이다. 이처럼 본 연구는 장애형제를 둔 비장애아동을 위한 미술치료 단일사례연구로 스트레스 감소의 효과, 변화과정, 핵심적 치료요소의 세 가지를 다룬다는 점에서 실제 상담현장 적용에 사례연구로써 적합한 모델을 제시한다 할 것이다.

This is a single-case study with the purpose of investigating what effect an art therapy program has on the reduction of stress for non-disabled child with a disabled sibling, what the process of stress change is and what is the core treatment of reducing stress. The stress scale and KFD(rating scale and projection test) used for pre-test and post-test non-disabled child with disabled sibling participate as a subject. In this study, art therapy program was carried out for 8 times in all. Also to explore into the process of stress change and reduction core treatment, it also used stress scale test, color picture test, emotional expression test, all the process of test was observed and recorded after performing each session of art therapy program. Results obtained by analyzing these synthetically are as follows. First, entire stress was reduced by 21 points. Second, looking at the process of stress change by session. Third, stress reduction core treatment can be referred to as ‘meeting with negative self’. Like this, since this study involves a single case for study and deals with the three of the effect, process and core treatment of stress reduction for a small number of persons, it can present a model suitable to apply to actual scene of counseling as a case study.
