사회적기업의 사회적 성과 요인에 대한 연구 - 부산ㆍ경남지역을 중심으로 -
A Study on the Factors that affect Social Performance of Social Enterprise - the Focus on BusanㆍGyeongnam Province -

본 연구는 사회적기업의 사회적 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 탐색하기 위해 독립변수로 전략적 요인, 사업주의 경영역량, 조직구조, 업무환경, 복지참여의식과 관련된 32개의 하위 요인을 선정하고, 종속변수는 사회적 성과로 6개의 하위요인을 선정하여 그 관계를 분석하였다. 사회적 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 상관관계분석 결과 사회적기업의 전략적 요인(r =.537, p < .001), 경영역량(r =.345, p < .01), 조직구조(r =.581, p < .001), 업무환경 (r =.546, p < .001), 복지참여의식(r =.485, p < .001)에서 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적기업의 사회적 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 사회적기업 근로자의 인구사회학적 특성, 사회적기업의 특성 중에서는 사회적 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인은 나타나지 않았으며, 조직구조(β =.27, p < .05), 업무환경(β=.29, p < .01), 복지참여의식(β =.25, p < .05)이 사회적 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The aim of this study is to examine factors affecting social performance of social enterprise in order to reinforce positive factors and to reduce negative factors that leads to the devise of supporting plan for vitalizing social enterprise. The main results are as follows. First, as to the factors affecting social performance, it proved that it had statis -tically significant correlation with strategic factor (r =.537, p < .001), management capacity (r =.345, p < .01), organization structure (r =.581, p < .001), working environ -ment (r =.546, p < .001) and awareness of welfare participation (r =.485, p < .001). Second, multiple regression analysis was carried out to figure out factors affecting social performance, and this regression model appeared to be important (p < .001). It had significant influences on organization structure (β =.27, p < .05), working environment (β =.29, p < .01) and awareness of welfare participation (β =.25, p < .05). It showed that the higher level of organization structure, working environment and awareness of welfare participation leads to the higher social performance. It was followed by the investigation of its meaning in the perspective of employees and policy. For employees, it needs to reinforce capacity by supplying training opportunity and to have them a price as employees of social enterprise by suggesting clear vision. In terms of policy, it needs a support to develop capacity rather than a direct support.
