본 연구는 DACUM 기법을 이용하여 심리·행동적응지도사의 직무를 규명하기 위해 임상현장에서 요구되는 중요 책무(duty)와 작업(task)들로 구성된 직무모형을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 국내 심리·행동적응지도 분야의 6명의 SME와 3명의 교육훈련전문가로 구성된 DACUM 위원회를 구성, DACUM 워크숍을 개최하여 직무분석을 시행한 후, 현재 심리·행동적응지 도사(구, 행동치료사) 자격을 취득하고, 관련 시설 및 기관에 근무하고 있는 176명의 응답 자들로부터 회수된 설문지를 토대로 직무모형 내용에 대한 중요도와 난이도, 빈도 등에 대한 요구분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 이로부터 심리·행동적응지도사가 갖추어야 할 5개의 책무 (내담자관리, 진단·평가, 행동지원, 개별화교육, 종결·사례관리), 25개 작업에 대한 요구 수준을 확인하였고, 개별 작업에 대한 교육필요도 우선순위 결과를 나무구조도로 나타내어 반드시 교육훈련이 필요한 21개 핵심작업들을 직무모형에 규정하였다.

In according to DACUM basic principles, DACUM workshops were held by the DACUM committee participated in a panel of six SMEs (Subject Matter Expert) and three education experts. To verify the job model of mental and behavior therapy specialist, the survey were carried out targeting managers and practitioners with qualifications of mental and behavior therapy specialist or behavior therapist with questionnaire composed of five duties and twenty-five tasks of job model. Also the duty was defined by the DACUM procedures, then statistical methods were conducted through the verification process to test the importance, difficulty and frequency of five duties and twenty -five tasks in job model. From the results that were arranged with the job model and duties, tasks, they have extracted twenty-one key tasks which mental and behavior therapy specialist should be performed in the field of service. In the meanwhile, there was no concrete concepts for mental and behavior therapy specialist. Thus, this study established that the job model provided a clearer and more systematic service delivery and built up the guidelines of services in practice. In particular, the duties and tasks derived from DACUM method would play a role as a service basis to solve the problems of clients on a matter of maladjustment to complicated environments.
