본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 특수학급 학생의 진로ㆍ직업교육을 위한 통합형 거점학교 운영에 대한 학생들의 인식을 알아보고 그 의미들을 탐색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 통합형 거점 학교에서 운영한 진로ㆍ직업 관련 프로그램에 참여한 100명의 학생들에게 설문을 실시하였다. 통합형 거점학교 운영의 핵심 축인 ‘직업체험교실’ 운영과 ‘현장실습 및 취업’에 관한 인식을 알아보기 위해 설문지를 개발하여 사용하였다. 결과 분석에 있어서는 설문지의 타당도 및 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 설문 문항들에 대한 요인 분석 및 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였으며 이 후 각 문항의 응답 결과를 빈도 분석을 통해 제시하였다. 또한 ‘직업체험교실 효과’와 ‘현장실습 및 취업 효과’ 요인 간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 단순회순분석을 실시하고 그 결과를 제시하였다. 이 연구의 결과로는 참여 학생들은 통합형 거점학교를 통해 제공 되어진 직업체험교실과 현장실습 및 취업에 대해 상당히 만족하고 있었으며 또한 본인들의 진로 결정에 도움이 되었다고 인식하였다. 또한 ‘직업체험교실 효과’에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 가진 학생들은 ‘현장실습 및 취업 효과’에 관해서도 긍정적인 인식을 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of students with disabilities in special education classroom at high schools on job-centered school for teaching job skills. Survey was conducted for 100 students with disabilities who participated in job training programs provided by the job-centered school and then collected data was analyzed. The questionnaire was developed for this study because of the lack of previous studies associated with the topic of the current study. To examine the validity and reliability of the questions in the questionnaire, both factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted using SPSS 17.0. Results of the study demonstrated that the perception of the students with disabilities on job-centered school for teaching job skills is very affirmative. This methods is efficient and effective in learning various jobs skills in general high schools. Future research was discussed.
