본 연구는 장애인을 대상으로 한 사회적 기업이 실제 장애인 고용효과와 생산성을 통한 임금상승효과가 있었는지를 검증하기 위한 연구로 연구 방법은 문헌조사와 실태조사이다. 본연구 결과를 통해 나타난 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 2012년 12월 현재 장애인을 대상으로 한사회적 기업은 112개이며, 이 중 직업재활시설이 인증을 받은 경우가 60개, 표준사업장이 8개, 순수하게 사회적 기업으로 창업된 경우가 44개에 불과하며 사회적 기업유형은 일자리제공형과 혼합형이 100개로 주로 일자리 창출을 위한 사회적 기업이 인증되었다. 둘째, 장애인 사회적 기업의 고용유인효과는 112개 사회적 기업 중 직업재활시설이 인증 받은 경우를 가지고 분석한 결과 기업 당 평균 2명의 고용창출효과가 있었으나 이 인원은 사회적일자리창출과 관련되기 때문에 실제적으로는 고용유인효과가 없었다. 셋째, 고용유인효과가 없었다면 부수적으로 장애인 근로자의 임금상승효과가 있었는지를 검증한 결과 매년 2-3만원의 임금상승효과가 있었으나 사회적 기업인증후 4대 보험에 대한 정부지원을 감안하면 생산성을 통한 임금상승효과로 보기에는 제한점이 있다.

This study aims to investigate influence of social enterprise employed mainly people with disabilities on employment of people with disabilities and the wages on the rise based on their productivity. The methods used in the research were literature research and research on the actual condition. The results of this study were summarized as follows. First of all, December 2012, present, there are 112 Social Enterprises for people with disabilities. Among those, 60 are case of certified from social enterprise, 8 are Standard Workplace for people with disabilities, and rest 44 are sterlingly established from Social Enterprise. Mostly association of work creation certified 100 Social Enterprise which are ‘provide work type’ and ‘mixed type’. Secondly, employment effects of disability social enterprise analyzed results as follows. Among researched social enterprise, analysis of vocational rehabilitation facility certified from Social Enterprise case’, each enterprise employed 2 people on the average, but those members were related to create ‘Social Business‘ due to there was not practical effect of employment. Thirdly, verification results on the wages on the rise aside from employment effect as follows. There were wages on the rise of 20,000-30,000won, but consider the government support on 4 social insurance after certified from Social Enterprise, there are limitations on the effect of the wages on the rise through productivity.
