본 연구는 감각처리능력을 측정하는 평가도구를 체계적 고찰하여 대상자가 수행한 평가도구의 평균을 제시하고, 국내와 국외의 감각처리능력을 비교하였다. 검색에 사용된 전산화 데이터베이스는 Pubmed, Eric, 국회도서관, 국가과학기술정보센터, Kiss, RISS, Google 검색 엔진이었다. 대상논문은 2000년 1월부터 2012년 12월까지 출판된 학위논문, 학회지, 저널이었다. 분석을 위한 연구 대상 논문은 총 23개로 평가도구는 SP, SSP, AASP이었다. 연구 결과, 미국 아동(45명)을 대상으로 한 SP 연구에서 요소의 소운동-지각과 영역의 행동 항목에서 의심범주를 보였다. 학령전기와 학령기 아동의 SSP 평균 점수 범위는 촉각민감성 항목에서 국내 아동의 평균 점수 범위가 국외 보다 넓게 나타났다. AASP 연구(18-64세)의 감각추구항목에서 국내와 국외 평균 점수 범위의 차이가 크게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 치료사와 연구자에게 감각처리능력의 정도에 대한 기준을 제시하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 보인다.

Aim of this study was performed to provide and compare averages of the normal groups with using tools to measure of sensory processing ability in South Korea and other countries. This study was searched from papers published using electronic databases and Internet from 2000 to 2012. Total of 23 papers were selected and analyzed for the study. Assessment tools used in the studies paper were SP, SSP and AASP. Results of fine motor/perceptual item and behavioral outcomes of sensory processing item of SP in the United States were probable difference. As a result of South Korea and other countries of SSP, mean range of tactile sensitivity item was broad in preschoolers and grade-schoolers in South Korea. In performance mean of AASP, 18-64 years of South Korea was difference among the adults of the United Kingdom, the United States and Israel. By presenting the average performance studied with using assessment tools of sensory processing ability, it will be shown that therapist helps to interpret level of performance of therapeutic target in clinic.
