본 연구는 한국과 중국 일반교사와 특수교사의 통합교육에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위해 한국과 중국 일반교사와 특수교사 각 200명씩을 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국과 중국 일반교사들의 통합교육에 대한 전체적인 인식은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없었으나, 교사들의 변인별 통합교육에 대한 인식에는 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 구체적인 변인별 차이를 살펴보면, 성별 변인에 대한 차이는 없었으나 연령별 변인에서는 중국의 20대 일반교사들이 50대 이상 일반교사들보다 통합교육에 대한 전반적 인식과 문제해결 방안 인식에서 더 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 근무지 변인을 중심으로 살펴보면 전체적으로 중국 내 일반교사들은 근무지에 관계없이 통합교육에 대하여 인식하고 있었으나 한국 내 일반교사들은 중소도시에서 근무하는 교사들이 대도시에 근무하는 교사들보다 통합교육에 대해 더 긍정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국과 중국 특수교사들의 통합교육에 대한 인식은 중국 특수교사들이 통합교육에 대한 인식의 하위항목인 전반적인 인식과 특수아동에게 미치는 영향 인식, 일반아동에게 미치는 영향 인식에서 한국의 특수교사들보다 조금 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 변인에 따른 한국과 중국 특수교사들의 통합교육에 대한 인식을 분석해본 결과, 대체로 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 특수교사들의 변인이 통합교육에 대한 인식에 커다란 영향을 미치지 않음을 알 수 있다.
In this study, we conducted survey to know the understanding about inclusive education between special educational teacher and regular educational teacher in Korea and China, and we concluded; First, In regular educational teachers in Korea and China, we couldn``t find the great difference in all cognition about inclusive education between korean teacher and chinese teacher; concretely we couldn``t find the difference in sex, but in age, there was a little difference in the cognition-chinese teacher in the twenties had a little more understanding about inclusive education more than chinese teacher in the fifties. In terms of their places of work, chinese teachers had no difference, but in Korea, teachers in small towns had more understanding about inclusive education than teachers in large cities. Considered as a whole, korean teacher had more positive cognition than chinese teacher, because there were more effective legal·executive support, training system for teacher and the policy for education in Korea than in China. Second, In special educational teacher in Korea and China, we could find the difference of cognition about inclusive education; chinese teacher had more understanding than korean teacher in understanding each other``s influence for special students and for regular students. Nevertheless, in analyzing their cognition for inclusive education in age, sex, career, and the place of work, there was no difference between korean teacher and chinese teacher. We could see that the age, sex, the place of work, and career of special teacher had no influence on their cognition for inclusive education.
