초연결사회로 접어들면서 인공지능과 사물인터넷, 증강현실, 로봇 등 연결과 접속의 기술력은 더욱발달하였으며, 이는 일상생활과 교육에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 미래 사회가 기계와의 공존을 피할 수 없을 것이라는 전제 하에서, 본 연구에서는 우리 교육이 어떤 방향성을 갖고 나아가야 할지에 대해 논의하였다.인공지능의 특성과 비교해 볼 때, 인간은 감정과 직관력, 질문능력을 지닌 존재라는 점에서 특수성을 지닌다. 또한 고도의 도덕적, 윤리적 판단능력은 기술을 설계하고 활용하기 위해 꼭 필요한 인간의 능력으로 드러난다. 기계를 잘 활용하며 인류를 이어가기 위해서는 이러한 인간의 능력을 키우기 위한 교육이 필요하다.교육내용의 측면에서, 초연결사회의 교육은 지식과 접속할 수 있는 능력을 키우는 교육이어야 한다.방대한 외부지식과 언제든 접속하기 위해서는 신체에 밀착된 탄탄한 핵심지식이 필요한데, 이는 정서교육, 직관교육과의 협조를 통해서 이루어질 수 있다. 지식의 양은 줄이되 외부지식과 접속하는 탐색과정은 반복적으로 체험되어야 한다. 교육방법의 측면에서 구술미디어, 문자미디어, 디지털미디어, 인공지능 미디어 등을 교차적으로 융합시켜야 한다. 성장세대가 지식을 찾아 창조적으로 융합하며 도덕적 가치를 지향할 수 있도록 이끌기 위해서는 교육활동에서 미디어를 적절하게 활용하는 지혜가 필요하다. 이때 교사의 민감한 관찰과 소통, 교감 능력은 앞으로 교사의 전문성을 특징짓는 중요한 능력이 될 것으로 생각된다. 다만, 기술발달이 이루어 놓은 최근의 교육환경이 인간의 교육적 이상과 정반대로 흘러갈 수 있다는 점에서 교육의 어려움이 클 것으로 예상된다.

As we move into hyper connected society, the connect and access technology of Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, augmented reality, robotics, etc. is further developed, and the development makes a significant impact on everyday life and education. In this paper I discuss what is the peculiarity of human distinguished from the machine, and search how our education should move forward. The uniqueness of human is that it has emotion, intuition, and the ability of making questions. The advanced moral and ethical judgment will be the core of the human ability to design and utilize technology in hyper connected society. To utilize machine for human, the education to increase those human abilities is necessary. From the perspective of educational contents, the education in hyper connected society should be focused on increasing ability of accessing to knowledge. The compacted core knowledge which can be achieved by cooperation between emotional education and intuition education is necessary for accessing to massive external knowledge freely. We should decrease the amount of knowledge instead repeatedly experience the searching process of accessing to external knowledge. From the perspective of instructional method, the oral media, digital media, artificial intelligence media and others should be converged to each other. In the process of education, sensitive observation, communication, and rapport skills of teachers will be an important capability of the expertise of teachers in the future.
