특수교육 보조원 활용에 관한 특수학급 학부모의 인식 및 요구 분석

특수교육 보조원 제도의 시행에 따라 운영상의 문제점뿐만 아니라, 학모의 요구사항도 다양할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 특수교육 보조원 활용에 관한 특수학급 학모의 인식 및 요구에 관하여 알아보고자 하였다. 대구광역시 교육청에서 특수교육 보조원을 배정한 일반 초등학교 내의 특수학급 학모 68명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 선다형 및 Likert식 5점 척도의 선택형 28문항으로 제작되었다. 장애아동의 학모는 보조원 활용에 대하여 장애학생과 비장애학생 모두에게 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 하였으며, 특수교육 보조원의 적절한 자격은 전문대졸 정도로 사회복지 또는 재활교육 등과 관련한 학과를 전공하고 풍부한 경험을 자진 자를 선호한다고 하였다. 특수교육 보조원제의 긍정적인 정착과 활용을 위한 방안 등이 계속해서 연구되어야 할 것을 본 연구에서는 제언하였다.

The purpose of this research is that examine perception of parents who using concerning, teacher-aid system in special education analysis of demands for qualification and role and utilized plan. For this research, examined special class where is in general elementary school that use system of teacher-aid in special education in the area of Daegu, conducted survey to 68 mothers of special class as the subject. Process of data for this research use SPSS WIN 11.0 as process of statistics program and make a selection alternative factor that is age, academic background, measure of handicap which is alternative factor for the subject of survey and conducted crossing analysis in each alternative factor. The conclusion that obtained through this research is following these. First, satisfaction of parents toward special class which is hire teacher-aid in special education is high. The most factor of satisfaction is integrated education which can be supported through using teacher-aid in special education. Second qualification of teacher-aid in special education that parents in special class expected is the one that graduated more junior college and who is major(experience) in social welfare/rehabilitation and who have spirit of service and understanding. In future demand of parents in special class concerning teacher-aid in special education will increase and it will work as important factor to successful integrated education. In order to settle down system of teacher-aid in special education in early and successful integrated education, it must reflect positively demand of parents concerning qualification and role of teacher-aid in special education and utilized program.
