This research paper provides various ways that parents can optimistically influence their children who have significant hearing impairment, to assist them in choosing the best possible career guidance, given their circumstances. Assisting the children to make the best possible decision on the career guidance is a difficult one, especially when there is lack of communication between the parents and the children due to difference in ideas, feelings and standards of recognition under different situations. The purpose of this research paper is to examine the underlying problems and conflicts that the parents and children face when making decisions on the career guidance of the children. In addition, this research paper would include analysis of the influence that the parents attitude can have on their childrens decision-making behaviour. Furthermore, a recommendation that would help to facilitate more effective communication between the parents and the children would be provided. To reach at our goal, the research team worked it out surrounding Daegu city and Kyungsangbukdo. And the 88 surveyors were between middle school to university and the information is following. First of all, the form of education in the hearing impairment school is gradually changing into a combined education system. It also showed that the outside pressure from parents initiated this change. It is correct to conclude that parents have significant influence and control over the education and further studies of their children with hearing impairment. Secondly, students with hearing impairment are much relying on the highly specialised professor especially when making a decision on their career guidance. Students seem to prefer consulting and seeking guidance from their professors on one-on-one or small group basis. This highlights the need for professional consulting or counselling services for those students who find these services useful. Thirdly, the decision on the career guidance is highly dependent on the parents attitude towards their children. The sense of love and care highly affects the children when they make these decisions. It is essential that the educational institutions take a positive role in making opportunities for the hearing impaired students. This is because their parents attitude changes when their children receives good grades. As a result of this report, we conclude that parents and the educational institution play a vital role for hearing impaired students to pursue further studies to achieve their future goals. The following recommendations may assist in achieving this. First, it is necessary to assist in overcoming the anxieties in life and providing a relaxing environment for the hearing impaired students. In addition, parents and the educational institution should encourage them to gain new skills and knowledge to progress in their career guidance and maintain confidence. As it is shown from the findings, it is unlikely that hearing impaired students can prudently compete with an average student, unless the educational institution provides special care and service to them. Therefore, educational institutions would be required to provide professional and technical training to these students. Moreover, there should be more opportunity to expose these students to the industry, including special career seminars on different industries and career guidance that they may pursue Secondly, It should be carried out a creative and developed program and connected with the professional institute of the network due to the hearing impairments education is changing into the combined education. It should be executed under the professional career counselling. Third, it is necessary that the parents are capable to train through the professional counsellor by the providing information community or education. This is because why the parents attitude has the big power of influence for their child. Finally, as a view of the parents attitude, we regret that it was a bit hard to distinguish between the recognition of the ages and grades. Because the surveyors were extensively operated; including middle to uni students. With the evaluation of this research, they need to put on their efforts continually on studying and researching with the education and career counselling for them who are attending a general school.
