목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 모야모야 환자에게 안대를 사용하여 뇌손상 동측을 가리는 훈련이 편측 무시 감소에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 모야모야로 좌 상지마비 진단을 받은 33세 남자 환자 1명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구디자인은 ABA 연구 설계방법으로 안대를 사용하지 않은 기초 선(A) 3회, 치료과정(B) 7회, 치료 후 과정(A``) 3회의 결과를 얻었다. 편측 무시 정도 변화 측정을 위해 선 나누기 검사와 별 지우기 검사를 사용하였다. 결과 : 대상자는 선 나누기 검사에서 기초선(A)에서 평균 2점 이었던 것이 치료과정 (B)에서는 1.71점, 치료 후 과정(A``)에서는 1.33점으로 좋은 점수를 보였다. 별 지우기 검사에서는 놓친 별의수의 평균이 기초선(A) 8.67개, 치료과정(B) 3.28개 치료후 과정 (A``) 3.33개를 보여서 치료과정(B)과 근사한 음의 차이를 보였다. 그러나 평균소요시간에서는 26.34초나 차이가 나서 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 결론 : 모야모야 환자에게 뇌손상 동측에 안대를 사용하여 훈련 하는 것으로 편측무시 감소 효과를 얻을 수 있었다.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of training of closing ipsilateral hemispheric lesions using an eyepatch on the reduction of hemispatial neglect in patients with moyamoya disease. Methods : This study was conducted in one male patient, 33 years old, with the diagnosis of palsy of left upper extremity caused by moyamoya disease for three weeks. For study design, ABA design of independent experimental study was used : baseline without using an eyepatch(A)(three times), treatment(B)(seven times), and post-treatment(A``)(three times). To measure the changes in the degree of hemispatial neglect objectively, line bisection test and star cancellation were used. Results : The subject made better score and reduced required time in the line bisection test : baseline(A)(mean 2 scores), treatment(B)(1.71), and post-treatment (A``)(1.33). In the star cancellation, while the subject made 8.67 in the mean missing number of star in the baseline(A), he made 3.28 in the treatment(B), suggesting a better result. However, in the post-treatment(A``), he made 3.33, which was similarly negative difference from the treatment(B). However, in the required mean time, there was a difference of 26.34 seconds between baseline and post-treatment, suggesting a better result. Conclusion : Training of ipsilateral hemispheric lesion using an eyepatch in patients with moyamoya disease had a good effect on the reduction of hemispatial neglect. It is recommended that the use of an easy eyepatch may contribute for reducing hemispatial neglect in patients with brain lesion and difficulty in hemispatial neglect caused by moyamoya disease.
