청각장애학교 직업교과 교육과정 운영에 대한 질적 연구
A Qualitative Study on Management of the Process in a Vocational Subject Curriculum at the School for the Hearing Impairment

본 연구는 대구 청각장애학교 고등부 직업교과 과정을 이수 중인 학생 3명과 직업교과목담당 교사 2명을 대상으로 청각장애학교 직업교과 교육과정의 편성과 운영 등을 알아보고 청각장애학생들의 직업교과에 대한 흥미 및 욕구 등을 분석하여, 청각장애학교 직업교육이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하고자 한 것이다.

First, Direct conversation of the vocational teacher it leads and article analysis it tries the management and the problem point back of hearing impaired school vocational subject curriculum especially. Second, The hearing impaired student article it tries to analyze the management and the problem point back of vocational course of study of the hearing impaired school especially in the object. Third, It presents the pending question subject for the efficient management of hearing impaired school vocational subject curriculum and a improvement program. For this study, two of the vocational teachers and three of hearing impaired students from 1 special education school for hearing impairment were interviewed and observed. From the results of this study, some suggestions could be presented as follows : First, curriculum for the hearing impaired students should be expected to managed the curriculum smoothly and understand in sign languages who vocational teacher and hearing impaired students Second, The classes have to be made up of group by ability and taught by proper textbook. Especially, The classes have to be made up of the vocational interest of hearing impaired students that are based on the labor market information. Third, The vocational curriculum has to be meet the requirements who required career guidance and career counselling that is a kind of a vocational curriculum from early on about personal for the transition of the career life. Finally, The management of vocational curriculum for hearing impaired school should be understand it first about career life through the career guidance and the career counseling. First of all, It has to be consist of belief between vocational teacher and student of hearing impaired who need to interaction and conversation.
