본 연구는 취학전 장애아동가족의 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 가족탄력성, 가족적응이 어느 정도인지 알아보고, 가족탄력성이 가족적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대구시 소재 장애인복지관과 장애아전담 보육시설을 이용하는 취학 전 장애아동가족을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회수된 자료 중 126부를 분석에 사용하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 t-검증, F검증, 다중희귀분석 등을 적용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 취학전 장애아동가족의 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 가족탄력성과 가족적용의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 가족월수입이 높은 가족이 가족통제감, 가족강점, 응집력, 가족자원, 의사소통, 문제해결 수준 등 가족탄력성의 거의 모든 하위 요인에서 그 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났으며 가족적응 수준도 높게 나타났다. 취학전 장애아동 어머니의 학력이 높을수록 가족탄력성의 응집력, 가족자원이 높았으며, 어머니의 연령이 30대인 가족이 가족탄력성의 가족통제감, 가족강점, 응집력 수준과 가족 적응이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 취학전 장애아동이 여자인 가족이 가족탄력성의 의사소통과 문제해결 수준이 높았으며 가족적응 또한 높게 나타났다. 장애명이 지적장애인 아동을 가진 가족의 경우, 가족탄력성 중 높은 응집력을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족탄력성이 취학전 장애아동가족의 가족적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 가족탄력성 하위요인 중에서 신념체계의 가족통제감과 조직패턴의 가족자원이 가족 적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으며, 가족적응에 대한 설명력은 52%인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 장애인복지실천현장에서 장애아동 개인에 대한 치료 및 재활뿐만 아니라 다양한 문제를 보이는 그 가족들의 가족탄력성을 증진시킬 수 있는 개 엽도 이루어져야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the family resilience of families with disabled preschooler``s, their family adaptation and the relationship of the family resilience of their families to their family adaptation by applying strength perspectives to families with disabled preschooler``s. The subjects in this study were 126 families that had disabled preschooler``s. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the demographic characteristics of the families that made a difference to their resilience were type of disability, educational level of the mothers, mother age, and family income. Second, the family resilience and family adaptation have relatively positive correlation and the adjusted R square of family adaptation by family resilience is 52%. Among the subelements of family resilience, belief systems, organizational patterns was found as the significant element to affect their family adaptation. In conclusion, it``s proven that intervention for family resilience could serve to improve the family adaptation of families with disabled pres chooler``s. As the demographic characteristics that made a difference to family resilience and the family adaptation were presented, social workers should take an individualized approach toward each family considering their basic features and referring to their own case management.
