The purpose of this study was to develop internet service program to support scientific and optimal educational program through on-line behavioral analysis with IEP linkage to families of children with developmental disabilities. The study illustrated the complete process of developing the service program software, its activities, the main outcomes, and guidelines for systematic and effective application. The results of the study showed as follows. Fist, the internet service program developed in the study provides a definite on-line system to assemble all the available data on each individual. It helps all the concerned user refer to the data for facilitating maximized multidisciplinary collaboration and efficient information management as well. Second, it offers clarity and flexibility in revising information on the individuals and managing related information. Third, it provides on-line complete behavior analysis through technological process which is the basis of individualized educational program.
