재택ㆍ순회 교육 지원 체제에 대한 관련 전문가의 욕구 분석
The Needs Analysis of the Specialists Conserned on the Supportive System of Residential and Itinerant Education

The purpose of this study was to identify the measures to improve the supportive system of Residential and Itinerant Education by analyzing the needs of the teachers and clinical school inspectors(principal or vice principal) and educational specialists(inspectors or researchers) who were charged with the disabled children. The results of this study were as follows; First, the specialists` needs on the teachers` personnel management were 1) the classes should be charged with Residential and Itinerant education specialists and 2) should be given an equal benefits and additional points to special education teacher. And 3) clinical school inspectors should complete more than 10 hours training. Second, the specialists needs on financial management were 1) a private car and a car for business use should be provided and 2) the teachers` training and the expanding of the Department of Special Education should be made. And 3) the most required support was the financial support for adaptive behaviors and treatment education activities and 4) the suitable cost for the charged teachers a day was 10,000 won. Third, the specialists` needs on the management of school affairs were 1) the subjects` classes should have 3~4 hours per week and 2) the number of students should be 2~4, and the commuting time to school should be 1 hour. 3) The education subjects were the disabled children suffering from complex disorder and the contents of education should be focused on the life adaptation and therapeutics education, and 4) collective activities should be mainly the adaptation activities of local community.
