Reading is a foundation for every kind of learning. But some children with learning disabilities has difficulties in letter decoding which results in another difficulty for subsequent learning and behavior problems. Hence we try to fine the reasons of difficulties in reading through previous researches. First, children with learning disabilities has a deficiency of phonological awareness in early reading. Phonological awareness is the ability to manipulate the individual sound units, or phonemes, in words through addition, substitution, or deletion. Second, they have a problem of naming speed in early reading. Children with learning disabilities has so much attention in letter itself that they feel difficulties in reading comprehension. So we should try to improve of phonological awareness and naming speed in reading through a reading developmental level.
