The subjects were 398 parents of children with developmental disabilities in Taegu, Kyungbook, Seoul, Kyongki, Pusan, and Kyongnam. In order to measure the social network, extended families of cognition and parenting stress relationship questionnaires which was developed by Rhee & Lee`s and by Abidin. For statistical analysis of data t-test, Pearson Correlation, and Duncan test was used. The purpose of this study is improving the effect of treatment education and progressing of children with developmental disabilities. Also, it makes them fulfill their function in their extended family. First, in part of undeveloped recognition of relatives about undeveloped children it is higher as average 30.28.
