c 본 연구의 목적은 단열과 보온력이 우수한 보온 덮개의 시장 환경을 분석하고, 이를 제조하기 위한 장치를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 개발 기술 관련 시장 환경을 SWOT을 통해 분석한 결과, 해당 기술이 제품화 될 경우 충분한 시장성을 가지고 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 또한 제품 개발을 위한 제조 장치를 개발하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 4개의 롤러를 이용하여 우모를 효율적으로 공급하는 우모 공급 장 치를 개발하였다. 그리고 이 장치를 이용하여 보온 덮 개를 제조할 수 있는 우모 다겹 보온 덮개 제조 장치를 개발하였다. 둘째, 개발된 제조 장치를 이용해, 시 제품을 제작하여 기존 다겹 보온 덮개 제품과 보온율을 비교한 결과, 우수한 보온율을 나타내었다. 셋째, 다양한 시설별로 적용 가능한 보온 덮개를 제조하여, 제품화 가능성을 살펴보았다. 본 기술은 농가의 에너지 절감 시설 보급에 기여하고, 나아가 우모를 활용한 다양한 제품 개발에도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

The present study attempts to analyze the market environment of multi-layered warm covers made from feathers, which have excellent insulation and heat preservation qualities, and the development of equipment to manufacture this product. The market analysis shows that the multi-layered warm covers have high marketability. The results of the development are as follows: First, we developed a manufacturing machine consisting of feather-spreading equipment with four rollers. Next, we manufactured the trial goods and compared the products with general warm covers available in the market. Further, using the developed machine for a specific purpose, we manufacture several kinds of warm covers for green houses. This technology will contribute to the supply of facilities to farms for saving energy and in the development of various products using feathers.
