The purpose of this study is reorganization of constraint factors on physical leisure activity constraint of adult people. Data of 255 questionnaires were used to this verification. The convenience sampling was used to select 255 population who are older then 60years people, and living in Seoul/Gyunggi-do in Korea, and participating in PLA. As a result of EFA, and CFA to investigate the pattern of items and theoretical fitness, 11 items was selected to adopt in this research and each of 3 factors named such as, Interpersonal constraint, Fear constraint, Structural constraint.
