본 연구는 국내외 수퍼비전 연구에서 측정되고 있는 수퍼비전 구성 요소의 내용을 측정도구를 중심으로 분석하고, 향후 수퍼비전 실제와 연구에 제언하는 것에 목적이 있다. 2000년부터 2015년까지 국내외 수퍼비전 연구에서 사용된 43개의 척도(국외 개발 척도 33개, 국내 개발 척도 7개, 번안 척도 3개)를 대상으로 응답자, 응답 내용, 수퍼비전 구성요소별로 척도의 현황과 내용을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 응답자와 응답내용별로는 수퍼바이지가 수퍼바이지에 대해 평가하는 척도가 가장 많았다. 수퍼비전 구성요소별로는 수퍼바이지의 특성 요소와 수퍼바이저의 특성 및 역량요소에 대해 평가하는 척도가 양적으로 가장 많았고 하위요인에서도 다양한 내용을 측정하고 있었던 반면, 윤리·법·규정, 상담 과정 등의 요소를 측정하는 척도는 양과 내용이 빈약하였다. 국내외 척도를 비교하면, 국내 척도는 국외에 비해 척도의 개수가 적었으며, 응답자와 응답내용, 측정하고 있는 수퍼비전 구성요소의 내용이 국외 척도들에 비해 다양하지 못했다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 논의 및 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study were to explore the construct of supervision measurements in international supervision research and to suggest the direction to practicum and study of supervision. Authors reviewed 43 instruments (33 foreign developed instruments, 7 Korean instruments, and 3 translated instruments) from studies conducted during the period of 2000-2015. This content analysis was conducted by the respondents, objects, in addition to the subscales of instruments. The most frequently developed instruments were measuring characteristics of supervisorees by supervisors in terms of respondents and objects. Regarding supvervision constructs, the characteristics of supervisee and characteristics/competencies of supervisor were most frequently measured, and the contents of subsclaes were various. However, there is a lack of ethics/law/policy and counseling process domain. Korea had fewer supervision measurements and their respondents, objects, constructs of supervision were limited in comparison of the foreign developed instruments. Authors also provided implications and suggestions for future research based on findings.
