본 연구는 인터넷을 통한 상담을 구현한 WBC 시스템의 연구 동향을 분석함으로써 향후 인터넷 상담의 효율적 운영을 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 목적으로 수행되었다. 최종 연구대상으로 총 45편의 논문이 분석되었다. 분석 도구로 최근 사회적·과학적 현상 분석에 널리 사용되는 SNA 기법이 사용되었다. 데이터 값은 기초사항, 시스템 개발 환경, 상호작용 형태, 성능평가 및 운영상태, 상담 대상, 상담 영역, 상담 형태, 심리검사 유형 등의 8개로 분류하여 수집되었다. 네트워크 분석을 통해 키워드 분석, 상담 형태 분석, 심리검사 유형 분석을 실시하였고, 기술통계 분석으로는 연구 연도, 연구자 소속, 운영 주체, 상담 대상, 상호작용 형태, 상담 영역, 시스템 개발 환경 등을 분석하였다. 분석결과를 토대로 WBC 시스템 연구가 전반적으로 미흡한 것으로 나타나, 시스템 환경의 기술적한계 등과 함께 상담학 관련 전공자의 적극적인 참여와 국가의 정책적 지원 및 지능형 WBC 시스템의 개발 노력 등이 제안되었다.

This study was executed to provide basic data for the effective operation of future internet counseling by analysing the study trend of the WBC system that embodies counseling through the internet. Total 45 thesis were analysed as the final study objects. The SNA technique widely used in social and scientific phenomenon analysis was utilized as an analysis tool of this study. Data value was collected as 8 units, which were basic items, system developmental environment, interaction type, performance evaluation and operation condition, counseling object, counseling area, counseling type, and psychological test type. Network analysis was applied to verify keyword analysis, counseling type analysis and psychological test type analysis. Study year, researcher``s agency, principal agent of operation, counseling object, interaction type, counseling area, and system developmental environment were analysed by descriptive statistics analysis. Based on these analysis results, due to the overall insufficient research on WBC system, with technical limitation of system environment, active participation of specialists in counseling, national policy support, and the efforts of developing intelligent WBC system, etc were suggested.
