본 연구의 목적은 `스마트사회 도래에 따른 스마트워크(재택근무) 실현가능성에 관한 계층별 인식차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 전라북도와 충청남도의 시에 근무하는 공무원과 두 지역에 본사(지사)를 두고 있는 기업체 종사자 그리고 연구소(원)에 근무하는 연구원 및 사무원을 대상으로 편의표집방법으로 선정하였으며 자료는 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자기기입식 방법으로 수집하였다. 배부된 설문지는 총 247부이고 회수된 231부 중 설문응답이 미비한 19부를 제외한 202부의 설문지를 본 연구의 분석에 사용하였다. `스마트워크 실행가능성`에 대한 인구통계학적 툭성 변수들의 집단 간 평균값 차이분석에서 여성이 남성보다는, 공직자보다는 기업체, 연구소에 근무하는 근무자들이, 가족구성원이 4인이상인 근로자가 유의미한 차이를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실행한 결과에서는 스마트워크 실행가능성에 대한 영향력 차이분석에서 비용측면보다는 편익이 더 많이 창출될 것이며 정성적 효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다.

The goal of this paper is to analyze the difference of workers` cognition level who are For this study the number of 247 cases were interviewed to the workers working for both sectors located in Choongnam and Jeonbuk, and among them 220 cases were analyzed by statistical methods of frequency analysis, correlation analysis, ANOVA(F-test, t-test) and multiple regression analysis. Some consequences were found that the variables such as sex, age, both public and private sectors, affairs, working area, number of family were positively differentiated to the practicability of smart work in the test of mean difference. And next, the variables consisted of the benefit side effected the practicability of smart work more than the cost side, and the variables consisted of qualitative side effected the practicability of smart work. more than the quantitative side.
