본 연구는 수용언어발달지체유아의 정서인식 및 표현 능력 향상 프로그램 개발의 기초 연구로 수용언어발달지체 유아의 정서어휘표현특성과 어머니가 인식하는 자녀의 정서어휘표현특성을 알아보았다. 이를 위하여 수용언어발달지체 유아와 부모 11쌍을 대상으로 부모 설문조사와 유아인터뷰를 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 수용언어발달지체유아의 정서어휘표현 빈도와 그들의 어머니가 인식하는 자녀의 정서어휘표현 빈도 비교에서 수용언어발달지체유아가 실제로 산출한 정서어휘 빈도보다 그들의 어머니가 인식하는 자녀의 정서어휘 빈도가 더 높았으며, 정서어휘종류에서도 유사한 경향이 나타났다. 또한 수용언어발달지체유아와 어머니의 정서어휘 표현 일치율을 살펴본 결과 75%이상인 수용언어발달지체유아와 어머니가 2쌍이었다. 둘째, 정서어휘표현 일치율에 따른 수용언어발달지체 어머니의 양육태도특성을 살펴본 결과 일치율이 높은 유아-어머니가 그렇지 않은 유아-어머니보다 민주적 태도, 긍정적 태도 평균 점수가 약간 높았고, 통제적 태도 평균점수에서 약간 낮았다. 이러한 결과는 수용언어발달지체 부모들이 자녀들의 정서를 명확하게 인식하고 적절하게 표현하도록 격려하는 것이 중요하다는 점을 시사한다.

This purpose of this study is to investigate the emotional vocabulary expression of the young child children with development-delayed receptive language and the emotional vocabulary expression as perceived by their mother. It is the basic research to develope the improvement program for the awareness and expression of emotion between the young children with development-delayed receptive language and their mothers. For this study, we sampled 11 pairs of young children and their mothers. We surveyed the 11 mothers and interviewed 11 young children. The results were as follows. Firstly, the children`s mothers were aware that their children could express the emotional vocabulary more than they actually expressed. It was not same as the type of the emotional vocabulary. In other words, the emotional vocabulary expression did not match up between the expression of the children and the awareness of their mothers. Two paris of children and mothers were 75% matched in the emotional vocabulary expression. Secondly, the mothers of the higher accordance rate gained more score than the other mothers in the liberal and positive attitude. However their score were lower in the control attitude. Therefore, the results suggest that it is necessary that parents understand specifically their children`s characteristics of the emotional vocabulary expression and they are encourage for their children to realize the feeling of their expression and to tell the expression.
