본 연구는 장애인고용패널조사의 3차 ~ 5차의 자료를 활용하여 자료를 구성하고 장애유형별로 노동시장 진입과 관련하여 사건사 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실업기간에 따른 노동시장 진입가능성의 변화를 생명표분석을 통해 분석한 결과, 최장 실업기간(25개월)까지 노동시장으로 진입하는 비율은 감각장애가 15.63%로 가장 높게 나타났고, 다음으로 신체외부장애(9.84%)이며, 정신적 장애, 내부장애 순으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 장애유형별 노동시장 진입가능성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 콕스비례해저드모형을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 신체외부장애의 경우, 수급가구일수록, 중증일수록, 교육수준이 높을수록, 직장차별경험이 있을 경우에 노동시장 진입확률이 낮아지는 반면, 감각장애는 여성일수록, 기초수급가구일수록, 직장차별경험이 있을수록 취업가능성이 낮아지는 것으로 조사되었다. 그 밖에 정신적 장애에서는 수급가구일수록, 내부장애에서는 연령이 높을수록 노동시장 진입할 확률이 낮아지는 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 장애인의 고용을 촉진하기 위해서는 장애유형별 욕구와 특성에 부합하는 고용서비스 제공이 필요하며, 그 밖에 정책적 방안을 추가적으로 제시하였다.

In this study, using Disability Discrimination Variables, analyzed the entry possibilities of the labor market of persons with disabilities in the types of disability. Event history analysis conducted by utilizing the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED), 2010~2012, which is a longitudinal survey for 5,092 disabled people in Korea. The results were as follows. First, according to the life table analysis, the entry rate to the labor market until the longest period of unemployment(25month) is 15.63% in the Sensory disability which is highest level, and physical disability (9.84%), mental disability, organic disorder were followed. Overall, the unemployment maintenance rate was high, the unemployment escape rate decreased after 12month. Second, the results from the cox proportional hazards model, the entry rate to the labor market in the physical disability was decreased for those who are public benefit recipient families, have severe disability, higher level of education, and have discrimination experiences. And the employment possibilities decreased in the sensory disability, who are female, public benefit recipient families, have discrimination experiences. Besides, the entry rate to the labor market was decreased in the mental disability, public benefit recipient families, in the organic disorder, the higher age. With these results, employment service is provided in accord with the individual needs and characteristics, especially for the mental disability and organic disorder. Also, disability discrimination act which can reduce the disability discrimination in employment site should be strengthened. Also, the scheme of Nation Basic Protection Program should be modified to attract the employment of recipients with disability.
