본 연구는 345명의 특수학급 교사를 대상으로 특수학급 교사의 교직적응탄력성이 그들의 성취목표지향성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 그 관계에서 전문성 인식의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 특수학급 교사의 교직적응탄력성은 전문성 인식에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있으며 자기효능감과 환경 및 생활만족 요인이 상대적으로 높은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 특수학급 교사의 교직적응탄력성은 성취목표지향성에도 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있으며 자기효능감과 심리적 요인이 상대적으로 높은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 전문성 인식은 성취목표지향성에 직접적인 영향을 주고 있고 특수교육 공통지식, 교과지도, 행정업무 능력신이 성취목표지향성에 미치는 영향력이 상대적으로 높았다. 한편, 전문성 인식은 교직적응탄력성과 성취목표지향성의 관계에서 완전매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 특수학급 교사의 교직적응탄력성과 성취목표지향성을 높이기 위해서는 그들의 전문성 인식을 중요하게 고려해야 한다는 시사점을 제공한다.

The purpose of this study was to figure out the mediate effect of special class teacher’s specialty perception on relationship between their teaching adaptive resilience and achievement goal orientation. Data was collected of special class by questionnaire survey method. A total of 345 special class teachers participated in this study. The results as follow: First, The study said the special class teacher’s teaching adaptive resilience had influence on their specialty perception. Especially self-efficacy, environment and life satisfaction factors had powerful effect on special class teacher’s specialty perception. Secondly, special class teacher’ teaching adaptive resilience had influence on their achievement goal orientation. Particularly self-efficacy, psychological factors had powerful effect on it. Thirdly, special class teacher’s specialty perception had influence on their teacher efficacy. In particular special class teacher’s specialty perception of sub-factors; special educational common knowledge, instructional methodology, educational administration service had powerful effect on their achievement goal orientation. Last, special class teacher’s specialty perception had complete mediation the relationship between their teaching adaptive resilience and achievement goal orientation.
