본 연구는 2013학년도부터 모든 교원양성기관에 적용되고 있는 교직 적성 및 인성검사와 관련된 연구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 학교현장실습 경험이 예비 특수교사들의 교직 및 인성 검사결과에 어떤 변화를 주는지 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 G광역시 소재 K대학교 초등특수교육과 31명, 중등특수교육과 22명(총 53명) 대상으로 학교현장실습 이전과 이후에 교직 적성 및 인성검사를 실시하여 하위 영역별 검사 결과를 비교한 조사연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 예비 특수교사들의 교직 적성 및 인성검사 결과는 학교현장실습 이전과 이후에 5개 하위 영역에서 유의미한 증가를, 3개 하위 영역에서 유의미한 감소를 보였다. 둘째, 학교현장실습 기관유형(특수학교, 특수학급)에 따른 예비 특수교사들의 교직 적성 및 인성의 변화는 특수학교에서 더 많은 영역에서, 더 다양한 형태로 나타났다. 셋째, 지도교사의 교육경력에 따른 교직 적성 및 인성 변화의 차이는 교육경력 11년 이상에서 더 많은 영역에서, 더 다양한 형태로 나타났다. 넷째, 학교현장실습 기관의 소재지에 따른 교직 적성 및 인성의 변화는 광역시 소재 특수교육기관에서 실습한 예비 특수교사들이 더 많은 영역에서, 더 다양한 형태로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to explore how teaching practicum experiences influenced pre-service special teachers’ teaching aptitudes & personalities. Based on the pre- and post- test scores of the teaching aptitudes & personalities, the subject of this study were 53 pre-service special teachers(31 student of dept. of elementary special edu. and 22 student of dept. of secondary special edu.) at K university in G metropolitan city. The results of this study were emerged and discussed from the pre-service special teachers’ changes of the teaching aptitudes & personalities. First, the pre -service special education teachers experienced positive changes at 5 categories, negative changes at 3 categories of the teaching aptitudes & personalities. Second, according to an analysis on the institutional types(special schools, special classes) for teaching practicum, the changes of pre-service special education teachers’ teaching aptitudes & personalities happened on the factors of special schools much more and variously. Third, according to an analysis on the educational career of a guidance teacher(below ten years and more than ten years), happened on the group of the more than ten years much more and variously. Fourth, according to an analysis on the location of institutions for teaching practicum, the changes of teaching aptitudes & personalities happened to pre-service special education teachers much more and variously who practiced in metropolitan city.
