본 연구는 자폐스펙트럼장애 및 정서·행동장애 아동의 사회적 기술 증진을 위한 국내외 로봇적용연구 동향을 살펴보고, 로봇의 외형과 자극제시 방법의 분류를 통해 향후 자폐스펙트 럼장애 및 정서·행동장애아동을 위한 로봇 중재 연구의 교육 및 치료적 지향점을 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 ‘1) 국내외 로봇의 외형을 살펴본다, 2) 국내외 로봇의 자극제시를 살펴본다’를 연구문제로 설정한 후 논문의 동향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해, 2000년 1월부터 2013년 12월까지 국내외 논문을 분석한 결과 국내 12편, 국외 21편이 최종 선정되었고, 이를 연도, 논문제목, 키워드, 연구대상, 연구방법의 하위에 외형, 자극제시의 틀로 분석하여 빈도 및 경향을 제시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 로봇의 외형이 점점 인간과 닮은 형태의 휴머노이드나, 안드로이드의 외형으로 변화하고 있음을 알 수 있었고, 자폐스펙트럼장애 및 정서·행동장애 아동들에게 인간을 닮은 로봇외형이 더 많은 관심과 참여를 유발시킨다는 선행 연구자들의 의도를 짐작할 수 있었다. 둘째, 로봇이 제시하는 자극이 단일자극에서 복합자극으로, 그리고 일방향 복합자극제시에서 양방향 복합자극제시로 변화하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

This study were to review studies on the application of robots for improvement of social skills for children with autistic spectrum disorder and emotional and behavioral disorder and to considerate education and therapy-oriented through analyzing Robot’s figure and stimuli. We collected data of 33 articles (12 in domestic, 21 in international research) from Jan. 2000 to Dec. 2013, and analyze articles using frame of year, title, keyword, subject, method(figure, stimuli) and frequency of articles. The results of this study were as follows, First, we found author’s intended meaning that the trend of robot’s figure goes toward to humanoid and android as ‘human-like’ robot, also ‘human-like’ robot prompts attention and participation to children with autistic spectrum disorder and emotional and behavioral disorder. Second, the stimuli of robot has changed from single stimulus to multiple stimuli, from one-way to two-way in multiple stimuli between robot and children.
