본 연구는 의료기관 종별 유형에 따른 작업치료실 설치 현황을 조사하였다. 델파이 기법을 이용하여 연구를 진행하였으며, 연구 대상자는 작업치료 임상 전문가집단 27명을 선정하여 설문을 진행하였다. 통계기법으로는 빈도분석(analysis of frequency)과 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검정(Wilcoxon signed-rank Test)을 이용하여 설문을 통계 분석하였다. 작업치료 임상전문가 27명을 대상으로 진행연구의 결과를 종합하여 의료기관 종별에 따른 작업치료실 모형 제시하였다. 모형은 총 3가지 유형(전문병원급 모형, 공공기관급 모형, 복지기관급 모형)과 6종류(대학병원, 종합병원, 공공기관병원, 요양병원, 복지관, 사설센터치료실)로 제시하였다. 설문을 통해 종별 의료기관 및 기타기관마다 작업치료실이 기준 없이 설치되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 최종적으로 제시된 모형을 바탕으로 작업치료실 설치 시 중요한 지표가 되어야 할 것이며, 향후 다양한 작업치료 시설에 대한 직접적인(환자의 수요, 병원의 규모, 병상의 숫자 등) 모형 개발에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어져야 할 것이다.

This study investigated a range of occupational therapy rooms according to various medical facilities. A delphi technique was used with 27 chosen occupational therapists as an expert group. Descriptive statistics were utilized the frequency analysis and the Wilcoxon sign-rank test were used to interpret the survey results. Participants generated recommended appropriate intervention rooms for varying medical settings. Three models for special hospital, Public center, and Community center; 6 models for Hospitals with teaching affiliation, General hospitals, Public rehabilitation hospitals, Nursing homes, Rehab clinic, Private rehab clinics were generated. Findings indicate that there have been no specific standards for therapy rooms in various medical settings for occupational therapy and this study explored it for the first time. Experts`` opinion as a model generated in this study could be used for further research(demands of patients, sizes of hospitals, number of beds etc.) for this research area.
