This paper is a study of internet communication language, expecially about the breaking form communication language(the outside language). It is the outside language that the Internet communication language that communication is hard by a breaking of a character form. It was a breaking rules way with "Borrowing sound, the Korean reading of a another character, a copy from a object, symbol, an insert of sign." I studied the outside language origin and feature. Therefor, it classified the outside language into the each times. That is the origin period, the begin period, the breaking form period, the design period.
