급변하는 지식경제시대의 도래로 인하여 건설 분야를 비롯한 모든 산업분야에서 지식의 정보화는 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하고, 자생할 수 있는 가장 강력한 수단으로 대두되고 있다. 정보화는 내부업무의 효율성과 생산성을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라, 국가 전체와 사회 각 분야에 대한 파급효과가 지대하다는 점에서 중소기업의 정보화 촉진을 위한 적극적인 노력이 필수적이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 중소기업이 정보화를 추진·구축하여 운영하기 위해서는 자사의 현재 정보화 추진현황을 영역별 분야별로 진단하고 발전단계 수준을 진단함으로써 미진한 부문에 대한 구체적인 개선방안을 도출할 수 있도록 하며, 정부에서 진행해 온 여러 가지 정보화 정책에 대한 평가를 통한 개선방향을 제시하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구는 온라인 설문 조사를 통해 국내 중·소규모 건축사사무소의 건축설계 업무환경의 지식정보화 수준을 파악하고, 이를 활용하여 온라인 서비스를 통해 지식정보기반 건축설계 업무환경을 구축하기 위한 진단 및 처방방안을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하고 있다.

Due to the advent of the information age to the knowledge of the rapidly changing knowledge economy across all industries, including the construction sector it has emerged as the most powerful means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and indigenous. Information can be called an active effort to promote the informatization of SMEs is essential in that it not only impacts on efficiency and improve productivity all over the country and each sector within the social work that zone. Therefore, small businesses, and to operate by building ICT diagnose its current computerization promotion into a region-specific sectoral and to derive specific improvement plan for lacking sector by diagnosing the stage of development levels, various information on proceeding from the government it is necessary to present the improved direction through the evaluation of the policy. This study was an online survey through the grasp of knowledge and information level of architectural design work environment of the domestic small and medium-sized Architects, and take advantage of this offer diagnosis and treatment plan for building a knowledge and information-based architectural work environment through the online service that is the purpose of the study.
