이 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 교직윤리의식 향상을 위해 유아교사의 교직윤리의식에 대한 중요도-실행도를 비교하여 IPA분석을 적용하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 유아교사의 교직윤리의식의 5가지 윤리영역(유아, 가정, 동료, 사회, 교사 개인)중 중점관심, 현상유지, 점진개선, 초과달성 에 대한 분석을 목적으로 하여 유아교사의 교직윤리의식 향상 교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있다. 연구결과는, 첫째, 유아교사의 교직윤리의식에 대한 중요도와 실행도의 통계학적 유의성을 분석하기 위해 t검증을 실시한 결과 모든 영역에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 교직윤리의식에 대한 IPA분석 결과, 유아 윤리에서 중점관심 영역은 유아의 정확한 정보인식, 가정 윤리에서 중점관심 영역은 유아의 개인차 이해, 부모에게 정보제공, 동료 윤리에서 중점관심 영역은 적정수준의 보상, 과한 업무시간 금지, 건강상 배려, 사회 윤리에서 중점관심 영역은 문제행동 유아에게 정보제공, 교사개인의 윤리에서 중점관심 영역은 유아교사의 감정과 분노조절, 유아교사의 직업의식과 자부심으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this research was to examine the level for importance and performance of ethical consciousness of teaching among early childhood teachers in an effort to enhance the ethical consciousness of early childhood teachers on teaching. The areas of the ethical consciousness of teaching are five(preschooler, home, colleague, society and personal). Major concern, status quo, gradual improvement, and exceeded achievement of five areas were analyzed. Moreover, and the data will be used basic data to develop the education program for improving the teaching ethical consciousness of early childhood teachers The results of this research were as follows: First, t-test was carried out to look for any possible statistically significant differences among the early childhood teachers in importance and performance of ethical consciousness of teaching, there were significant differences in every area. Second, when the IPA was made to determine their ethical consciousness of teaching, their major concern preschooler ethical was being aware of accurate information on preschoolers, and their major concerns home ethical were understanding individual variances among young children and providing parents with information. The major concerns of the teachers colleague ethical were proper compensation, prohibition of excessive office hours and health considerations. Offering information for preschoolers with problem behavior was a major concern society ethical, and major concerns in the personal ethical were regulating their own emotions and anger, occupational consciousness and pride.
