『진본 청구영언』의 「만횡청류」에는 남녀관계와 삶에 대한 진솔한 인간의 감정과 표현이 잘 드러나 있다. 그 중에서도 본고에서는 여성이 화자로 등장하면서 여성을 대상으로 하고 있는 4작품을 심리주의 비평의 방법으로 분석하여 그 의미를 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 남녀 관계 속에서 등장하는 여성의 신분이 대개 기생인 경우와 달리, 여성화자-대상의 관계 속에서는 가족 관계가 중심이 된 작품이 3작품이었다. 이는 특이할 만한 것으로 가족 관계가 바탕이 된다는 것은 당시 가정의 모습과 여성들의 관계성을 잘 보여준다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 특히 본고에서는 이러한 심리를 공감과 반감의 심리로 나누어서 4작품을 분석하였다. 이에 따라 공감의 심리에서는 고부 사이에서 프로이트가 이야기한 `자기애적 동일시에 의한 공감`, 기생들 사이에서 `목표 지향적 동일시에 의한 공감`이 잘 드러났다. 반면, 반감의 심리에서는 한 남자를 대상으로 한 `처첩 사이에서의 반감`, `고부 사이에서의 반감`이 드러나고 있었다. 이러한 심리를 통해 당시 여성들의 생활과 심리를 파악할 수 있었으며, 남성에 의해 지배당하거나 종속적인 관계에서만이 아니라 여성 대 여성으로서의 관계 형성과 또 여기에서 비롯된 감정과 심리를 이해할 수 있다.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the anthropological meaning of `Manhoeng-Cheong-Ryu`(four works) on women as a speaker and subject by method of psychological criticism. Women who appear in the relationship between men and women in the works are usually parasitic ones. As for the relationship between the speaker as woman and the subject, three works focused on the family relations mainly. Especially, in this paper, the researcher divided these characters into psychological dimensions-sympathy and antipathy-and analyzed four works in this way. The result was as the following: Firstly, in the psychological dimension on the empathy, which Freud defined as emotional connection. Secondly, in the other psychological dimension, antipathy, which is revealed by jealousy.
