본 논문은 방과후학교 프로그램 위탁 계약방식이 수강료 가격과 그리고 학생들 및 학부모의 프로그램 만족도에 미치는 영향을 전국의 초등학교를 대상으로 과학적 연구방법을 통해 규명한 것이다. 연구의 주요 발견 내용은 ⅰ)기술가격입찰제도는 고정가격공개경쟁제도나 협상적 계약제도에 비해 수강료 인하 효과는 없다. ⅱ) 기술가격입찰 제도가 학생들과 학부모들의 프로그램 만족도에 모두 부정적 효과가 있다. ⅲ) 방과후학교 프로그램 위탁에 대해 학교장의 관심은 학부모의 프로그램 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으나 학생들의 프로그램 만족도에는 영향을 미치지 않는다.

This thesis is to find the effect of contracting system for after school program of elementary schools on the price and program satisfaction in Korea. The findings are as followings;ⅰ) technology-price based bid system has not effect in terms of price cutting as compared to fixed price based competition system, and negotiated contracting system. ⅱ) price based bid system has negative effects on the program satisfactions of students and their parents. ⅲ) the concern of the principal has positive effects on parents` satisfactions but not on students` ones.
