본 연구는 집단상담 수업을 수강했던 학습자들을 대상으로 그들이 경험했던 집단상담 수업에 대한 회고를 통해 집단상담 수업에 대한 어려움과 대안이 무엇인지에 대해 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 총 106명의 학습자를 대상으로 설문을 실시했고 분석은 CQR-M을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 집단상담 수업 내용과 관련하여 어려웠던 부분은 집단상담 운영기술, 집단상담 이론, 집단상담윤리, 사례를 통한 간접학습 등 4개 영역으로 나타났다. 둘째, 집단상담 수업 운영방식에 대한 어려움으로는 직접실습방법에 대한 어려움, 강의에 대한 어려움, 발제에 대한 어려움, 간접실습방법에 대한 어려움, 집단상담 이론과 실제 연계의 어려움 등 5개 영역으로 나뉘었다. 셋째, 집단상담 수업에서 이중관계로 인해 어려웠던 부분은 자기개방의 어려움, 실제적인 대인관계와 연관되어 부정적인 영향을 받음, 교수자의 권위의 영향을 크게 받음, 수업 내의 경험이 현실의 경험과 다름 등 4개 영역으로 나타났다. 넷째, 집단상담 수업과 관련한 기타 어려움으로는 제도 및 운영의 문제, 교수자의 자질 및 태도에 대한 어려움 등 2개 영역으로 나뉘었다. 다섯째, 집단상담 수업에 대한 개선안에 대하여는 효율적 수업 운영, 집단수업을 위한 행정적 기반 마련, 실습 경험 확대, 간접학습 기회 제공, 실질적인 교육 제공, 윤리문제 예방, 다양한 교육 제공, 교수자의 전문성 강화 등 8개 영역으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 집단상담 리더 교육 및 훈련과정에 필요한 측면이 무엇인지 논의하였고 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate students` thoughts about the issues with group counseling classes to identify difficulties when attending lectures and understand the current lecture system. For data, 106 students were polled and CQR-M was used for analysis. Our analysis revealed the following. First, the dissatisfaction of group counseling lectures in education contents were categorized as 4 domains; management skills of group counseling, theory of group counseling, ethics of group counseling and case study of group counseling. Second, the dissatisfaction of the educational methods used for such lectures were classified as 5 domains; discontentment at direct practical training, lectures, presentations of students, and indirect practical training and difficulties with understanding of reality due to the nature of group counseling. Third, the embarrassment related with double-relationship issues were categorized as 4 domains; the problem of self-disclosure, influence by the negative effects of actual relationship, affection by the authority of professors, difference between experience in class and experience in reality. In addition, the students responded the problems of system and management of curriculum and the embarrassment of qualification and attitude of professor are important matter. Lastly, this study identified the major improvement with learning group counseling. They are; efficiently managing an class, arranging administrative infrastructure, expanding opportunity of practical training, supplying opportunity of indirect study, providing substantive education, preventing ethic problems, offering diverse education, and strengthening specialty of professor. Based on the study results, we discuss with diverse aspects of education and training for group counselor. This paper concludes with the significance and limitation of the study.
