우리는 이 글에서 천리안에서 SNS에 이르기까지의 과정, 그리고 첫째, 트위터와 페이스북의 차이, 둘째 트위터러쳐의 개념에 대하여, 셋째 SNS를 대하는 작가의 다섯 가지태도, 넷째 소설가 이외수의 트외터 산문집을 비평하면서 SNS에서 비롯된 문학 생산과정의 변화과정 등을 살펴 보았다. 작가와 독자에게 SNS와 문학, 그리고 트위터러쳐는 분명 긍정적인 의미가 있다. 인문학 글쓰기 교육을 위해 좋고, 출판유통의 외연을 확장시키고 있고, 작가와 독자의 무한한 대화를 통한 새로운 창작이 가능하며, 일본의 하이쿠처럼 트위터 형식을 문학에 침투시켜 문학의 저변을 확대하는 전략적인 접근도 함께 이뤄져야 할 것이다. SNS라는 새로운 지면은 작가들에게 새로운 콘텐츠와 지면의 확대이다. 또한 새로운 환경에서 독자와 만나는 일이기도 하다. 독자들과 댓글 혹은 리트윗 하는 적극적 소통을 통해 새로운 문학적 실험의 장소로 SNS는 의미를 갖고 있다. 그러나 트위터가 문학 자체라고 필자는 생각하지 않는다. 긴 호흡의 소설을 담기에는 너무 작은 지면이고, 미적 가치를 담기에 그 그릇은 너무 실험적이고 작디 작다. 그렇지만 필자는 그 작은 실험성에 기대를 건다. 실험이라고 무시하면 안 된다. 그 실험은 내일의 고전(古典)을 위한 의미 있는 도전일 수 있다. 누가 이 실험을 고전으로 전환시키는 것은 전적으로 작가의 역량에 달려 있다. SNS가 기존의 문학 장르를 어떻게 확장시킬지 혹은 축소시킬지, 새로운 글쓰기는 우리의 사고 형태에 어떤 영향을 미칠지, 독자와 작가의 관계가 또 어떻게 변할지, 무엇이 다시 생성될지, 무엇이 소멸될지. 다만 아직은 불안한 만남이라고 생각한다.
SNS(Social Networking Service), like Twitter or Facebook, has the world. I studied in article on the possiblity of literature in SNS space. First, We studied on the concept of the Twitterature. Twitterature seeks to summarize the greatest classics in world literature in “twenty Tweets or fewer,” according to Emmett Rensin and Alex Aciman, the book`s authors. Second, I suggested the difference Twitter and Facebook. Third, I explained the five attitude of writer on SNS in Korea. I am sure SNS has certainly positive meaning for Writers and readers. There are other digitally based literary works, of course, such as hypertext novels, electronic literature. Micropoetry is a genre of poetic verse including twaiku(also known as twihaiku or twitter poetry) and captcha poetry, which is characterized by its extreme brevity. I also looked How we can use Twitter for writing tranning. Using Twitter in particular has also helped improve writing skills for student. However, I don`t think Twitter or Facebook is not the literature in itself. The space of SNS is too little space to conclude the contents of the long novel. But I look forward to that possiblity to meeting between SNS and literature. But I think it is yet uneasy encounters.
