본 연구는 개별차원의 긍정적 행동지원이 자폐성장애 고등학생의 공격행동, 소리 지르기, 자위행동에 미치는 영향과 변화된 행동이 일반화에도 효과가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 긍정적 행동지원팀을 구성하여 기능적 행동평가를 통해 대상학생의 행동 특징 및 문제행동 발생동기, 문제행동의 선행사건과 후속결과를 파악하여 문제행동에 대한 가설을 설정하였다. 연구 설계는 단일대상 연구설계 방법 중 행동간 중다 기초선 설계를 이용하였다. 배경사건, 선행사건, 대체행동 기술, 후속결과 중재의 긍정적 행동지원의 중다 요소 중재로 대상학생의 문제행동에 대한 변화를 측정하였다. 연구결과 개별차원의 긍정적 행동지원은 자폐성장애 고등학생의 공격행동, 소리 지르기, 자위행동을 감소시켰으며 감소된 행동을 유지시켰다. 그리고 변화된 행동도 일반화되었다. 후속연구는 문제행동의 범위를 확장하고 수업참여행동에 미치는 영향 그리고 대상을 유아, 초등학생, 중학생까지 넓혀서 학령기 전반에 걸쳐 긍정적 행동지원이 자폐성장애 학생에게 적용될 수 있는 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다.

This study examined the influence of individual positive behavior support to aggressive behavior, shouting, sexual behavior of autistic high school students and see if the changed behavior had effect in generalization. The positive behavior support team was organized to conduct functional behavior assessment to apprehend behavior characteristics, motivation of problem behavior occurrence, previous condition and result of behavior to set the hypothesis of the behavior. The study design used multiple baseline design between behaviors among singular subject study design. As the multiple factor mediation of positive behavior support of background case, previous case, alternative behavior and mediation of result, the change of subject student`s behavior was examined. The results of this study were as follows. Individual positive behavior support has reduced the aggressive behavior, shouting, masturbation behavior of student and maintained its status. And the changed behavior was generalized. This study proposes future studies to find out whether positive behavior support affects class participation behavior. And proposes positive behavioral support to autistic children with disabilities, elementary school students, and middle school students.
