이 연구는 청각장애학생의 에니어그램 성격 유형을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 청소년기 청각장애학생을 대상으로 성별 및 장애정도에 따른 성격 유형, 학습양식과 리더십스타일을 알아보았고, 성격 유형이 학습양식과 리더십스타일에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 청각장애 고등학생 65명을 대상으로 선정하였고, 「한국형 에니어그램 성격유형검사」 도구를 사용하였다. 청각장애학생의 변인별 성격 유형, 힘 중심, 학습양식과 리더십스타일의 차이를 알아보기 위해 평균과 표준편차를 구하고 t-검증 또는 X2 검증을 실시하였고, 성격 유형이 종속변수에 미치는 영향은 회귀분석으로 알아보았다. 연구결과, 청각장애학생의 에니어그램성격 유형은 조력가가 가장 많았고, 성별에 따라서는 차이가 없었으나 장애정도에 따라서는 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 청각장애학생의 힘의 중심은 가슴형이 가장 많았고 머리형, 장형순으로 나타났다. 학습양식에서는 조력적 학습이 가장 높은 빈도를 나타냈고, 장애정도에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 리더십스타일에서는 배려리더십이 높은 빈도를 나타냈고, 장애정도에 따라 차이가 있었다. 청각장애학생의 성격 유형은 학습양식과 리더십스타일에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 청각장애학생이 에니어그램 결과를 활용하여 자신을 보다 잘 이해하고 성격 유형을 고려하여 진로설계 상담과 지도에 도움을 주고자 하였다.
This research aims to study personality types of the Enneagram scores for students with hearing impairment according to gender and the severity of disability, the center of energy, learning styles, and leadership. It also intends to research the effects of different personality types on learning styles and leadership. 65 high school students with hearing impairment were studied and the 「Korean Enneagram Personality Type Test」 was used as the tool of choice for this study. This study was statistically analyzed by t-test, Chi square test, and regression analysis. According to the results, students with hearing impairment scored the highest points as helpers and scored the lowest as leaders. In terms of Enneagram Personality Type, the largest number of students with hearing impairment were helpers. The study showed that hearing-impaired students were most likely to draw energy from their hearts, followed by their heads, and guts(instincts). Finally, the study revealed that personality types of students with hearing impairment affected learning types and leadership styles.
