이 글에서는 2015년 9월에 고시된 2015 국어과 교육과정 쓰기 영역의 성취기준이 안고 있는 제시 방법상의 문제를 살펴보고, 그 해결 방법을 논의하였다. 이 글에서 주목한 2015 국어과 교육과정쓰기 영역 성취기준 제시의 문제는 첫째, 성취기준 학습 시기 및 학습량 결정이 곤란하다는 점, 둘째, 동일 계열에 속하는 성취기준을 연속성 있게 파악하기가 어렵다는 점, 셋째, 성취기준에 따른 학습 요소가 명료하지 못하다는 점, 넷째, 성취기준이 의도하는 성취 지점이 모호하다는 점이었다. 이에 대한 해결 방안은, 첫째, 학년군별 분류보다는 영역 중심의 성취기준 배열을 시도해야 한다는 점, 둘째, 성취기준에 따른 학습 요소와 활동 요소를 분할하여 학년군별로 배열해야 한다는 점, 셋째, 성취기준 도달을 예시하는 학생 글을 자료로 제시해야 한다는 점을 꼽았다. 이 글은 국어교사나 국어교육 전문가의 인식이나 의견을 조사하는 방법을 사용하지 않고 논리적 논의로 이러한 결론을 도출하였다. 따라서 조사 연구와 같은 방법으로 접근할 때에는 이 글에서 제안한 방법과는 다른 결론이 나올 수 있다.

The aim of this paper is to suggest the alternative ways to solve the problems of writing standards presentation in 2015 Korea Language Curriculum for Korean native students. There are some problems in writing standards presentation, that ⑴ difficulty with setting start point and range in learning to write on the standards, ⑵ difficulty with structuring the standards in continuity, ⑶ ambiguity of learning elements in the writing standards, ⑷ ambiguity of students` feature in writing standards achievement. The alternative ways to solve the problems this paper suggest are following : ⑴ try to present the standards, as first option, according to writing area in language arts not student-year-grade, ⑵ analyze the standards into learning elements, and place them according to student-year-grade order, ⑶ example the students` writing samples to show requirements of the writing standards. These are not absolute ways to solve the problems of writing standards presentation in 2015 Korea Language Curriculum. In the further studies, new and ideal alternative ways to solve them will be explored based on empirical researches, not theoretical argument like this paper.
