이 논문은 주요 분석 대상으로서 세 권의 신간 페미니즘 서적, 『페미니스트 모먼트』, 『대한민국 넷페미사(史)』, 『양성평등에 반대한다』와 보조 분석 대상으로서 두 권의 페미니즘 서적, 『우리에겐 언어가 필요하다. 입이 트이는 페미니즘』, 『우리에게도 계보가 있다. 외롭지 않은 페미니즘』를 통해 2015년 이후 급격하게 재부상하여 성장을 거듭하고 있는 페미니즘 담론장 내 지식 생산과 유통의 경향성, 페미니즘 지식문화의 현재적 성격을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 글에서는 최근 SNS를 중심으로 한 페미니즘 담론장과 출판시장에서의 페미니즘 열풍을 주도하는 이들을 `독학자` 페미니스트들이라 부르고자 한다. 이러 한 `독학자들`의 페미니즘에서 페미니즘 도서는 단순히 책 속의 지식으로 개인에게 머물러 있는 것이 아니라 이들의 온·오프라인을 넘나드는 고유한 생활 세계 속에서 `서적-이후적 독서 양식`을 구성하는 주요한 매개로 작동하고 있다. 이러한 `서적-이후적 독서 양식`을 만들어내는 하나의 조건으로 이 책들은 말이 글이 된 특성이 있거나, 독서모임과 같이 말들의 장을 기획하는 활동이 이어지고 있다는 점을 꼽을 수 있다. 또한 본고에서 주요하게 소개한세 권의 책들은 페미니스트 지식과 상징 구축의 역사적 `연속`과 동시에 새롭게 등장한 페미니스트들이 여전히 `독학자`일 수밖에 없는 `불연속`을 드러냄으로써 페미니즘의 지식문화의 계보를 구축하는 작업을 시도했다는 의미가 있다. `독학자` 페미니스트들 역시 페미니즘서적을 중심으로 한 `서적－이후적 독서양식`을 통해 `서로의 어깨 위에` 서는 연습을 함으로써 자신의 경험과 실천을 페미니스트 지식과 상징의 영역에 놓으려는 시도를 하고 있다고 분석될 수 있다. 이 글은 신간 페미니즘 도서 세 편이 `독학자` 페미니스트들에게 활용되는 방식을 다루면서 페미니스트 지식문화의 외연이 확장되는 과정의 현재적 성격을 드러내는 의미가 있다.
The purpose of this article is to analyze the tendency of knowledge production and distribution in the feminist discourse sphere and the fluctuation of feminist knowledge culture, which has been rapidly reemerging since 2015 through three new feminist books, Feminist Moment, Net Feminism, Herstory, We`re against Yangseongpyeongdeung. In this article, I would like to define those who are currently leading the feminist discourse sphere and the strong wind of feminism through SNS as `autodidactic` feminists. In these `autodidactic` feminism, feminist books are not merely fixed in individuals as the knowledge of the book, but they are the main mediators that constitute `post-book reading style` in their own living world that goes online and offline. One of the conditions for creating such a `post-book reading style` is that the books have characteristics that have been spoken, or that activities such as reading groups are being planned. In addition, the three books introduced in this article have the significance of attempting to establish a genealogy of feminism by exposing the continuity for constructing the feminist knowledge and discontinuity for revealing the reason why new feminists are still `autodidactic` feminists. `Autodidactic` feminists also try to put their experience and practice into the realm of feminist knowledge and symbol by experiencing `post-book reading style` centering on feminist books. This article explores how the process of expanding the feminist knowledge culture is proceeding now while dealing with the ways in which three new feminist books are used by `autodidactic` feminists.
