본 연구는 대학생의 부모-자녀 의사소통이 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 과정에서 내면화된 수치심의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대구시와 경북에 위치한 4개 대학에 재학 중인 남녀 대학생 484명을 대상으로 대학생이 지각한 부모-자녀 의사소통 척도, 대인관계문제 척도, 내면화된 수치심 척도로 구성된 설문을 실시하였다. 변인 간 관계 및 매개효과 검증을 위해 SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구모형과 경쟁모형을 비교하기 위해 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였으며 내면화된 수치심의 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하기 위해 부트스트래핑을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 내면화된 수치심의 부분매개효과를 살펴본 연구모형이 최종모형으로 채택되었으며, 이는 부모-자녀 의사소통이 대학생의 대인관계문제에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 내면화된 수치심을 통해 간접적으로도 영향을 미치는 것을 의미한다. 또한 매개효과를 검증해본 결과, 내면화된 수치심은 부모-자녀 의사소통과 대학생의 대인관계문제를 통계적으로 유의미하게 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 상담 장면에서 대인관계문제로 인해 심리적인 어려움을 호소하는 대학생들에게 좀 더 심층적이고 실증적인 도움을 제공하도록 할 것이다.

The purposes of this study are to analyze the impact of perceived parent-adolescent communication on interpersonal problems among university students and investigate the mediating effects of internalized shame. 484 students of four universities located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk were participated. Parent-adolescent communication, internalized shame and interpersonal problems were measured, and SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were used for the data analysis. Moreover, the fit indices of measurement model and competitive model were investigated and bootstrapping was performed to identify the significance of mediating effects of final model. Based on these results, the partial mediated model of internalized shame caused by interpersonal problems was verified. In other words, it was found that not only a direct impact of perceived parent-child communication on interpersonal problems, but also an indirect impact through internalize shame. Moreover, it was statistically significant that a mediating effect of internalized shame in the relationship between perceived parent-adolescent communication and interpersonal problems among university students. This study has significance for proposing effective intervention for university students who have a interpersonal problem.
