본 연구는 한국어 교육 현장의 변화에 부응하고 교원의 교육 경력과 전문화의 정도에 따른 요구를 반영하는 체계적이고 연계성 있는 교원 재교육 연수 방안을 모색하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 다음의 세 가지 연구 문제를 설정하였다. (1)한국어 교원은 자신의 직무에 따라 서로 다른 요구를 가지는가? (2)한국어 교원은 연수 내용으로 이론적 학습을 원하는가, 실용적이고 구체적 훈련을 원하는가? (3)한국어 교원의 연수 형식 및 운영 방식에 대한 요구는 어떠한가? 이 연구 문제를 해결하기 위하여 기존 연수 프로그램에 대한 현황 조사를 실시하고, 대학 부설 기관 한국어 교원, 사회통합프로그램 및 다문화가족지원센터의 교원, KSL교원을 대상으로 요구 조사(설문조사, 인터뷰)를 실시하여 직무별 교원 재교육에 대한 요구를 분석하였다. 요구 조사 결과, KSL교원은 모든 영역에 걸쳐 교육에 대한 요구가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 세 집단 모두 실용적이고 현장중심적인 내용에 대한 재교육 필요성을 강하게 요구하고 있었다. 본 연구에서는 현황 조사 및 요구 조사 결과를 기반으로 국내 한국어 교원의 재교육 설계를 위한 정책적 제안도 제시하였다.

The purpose of this research is to search systematic teachers` reeducation training methods reflecting the needs in teachers` educational career and degree of specialization. For this reason, we set up the following three research questions. (1) Do Korean teachers have different needs according to their duties? (2) Which do Korean teachers want a theoretical learning in the training contents or practical and specific training contents? (3) How is the needs for Korean teacher training type and operation method? In order to solve the problem of this research, we conducted a needs analysis (questionnaire survey, interview) on teachers in the education center of University, teachers of Social Integration Program, teachers of Multicultural Family Support Center and KSL teachers. And this study analyzes the needs for teachers` reeducation through one-way ANOVA. As a result of the request survey, KSL teachers appeared to have the highest education needs across all areas. And the three groups have needs of practical and field-centered contents. We also presented policy proposals to design Korean teachers` reeducation.
