본 연구는 평가염려 완벽주의가 발표불안에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 사후반추사고가 매개하며, 사고통제방략은 이를 조절할 것이라는 모형을 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 국내 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 389명으로부터 자료를 수집하였으며, 매개효과 및 조절효과 검증을 위해 위계적 회기분석을, 조절된 매개효과 검증을 위해 Hayes(2013)가 제안하는 SPSS Macro를 사용하였다. 자료 분석 결과 첫째, 사후반추사고가 평가염려 완벽주의와 발표불안의 관계를 부분매개하였으며, 이때 사후반추사고의 억제효과가 시사되었다. 둘째, 사고통제방략은 사후반추사고와 발표불안의 관계에서 조절효과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 평가염려 완벽주의가 사후반추사고를 통해 발표불안에 미치는 영향은 사고통제방략에 의해 조절될 수 있다는 것이 확인되었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderated mediation effect of thought control strategy on the relationships among evaluative concerns perfectionism, speech anxiety and post-event rumination. 389 college students participated in this study. The data were analyzed hierarchical regression analysis to verify mediation effect and moderation effect, and SPSS Macro to verify moderated mediation effect. SPSS Macro were provided by Hayes(2013). The results of the study were as follows. First, post-event rumination partly mediated the effect of evaluative concerns perfectionism on speech anxiety. Additionally, post-event rumination had suppression effect. Second, thought control strategy moderated the relationship between post-event rumination and speech anxiety. Third, the moderated mediation analysis indicated that the moderating effect of the thought control strategy was significant in the model of post-event rumination as mediator between evaluative concerns perfectionism and speech anxiety. Implications and suggestions were discussed.
