본 연구의 목적은 상담자의 내러티브를 매개로 상담자의 돌봄경험과 의미는 무엇인지 알아보고 그에 관한 실천적인 함의를 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 중급수준의 여성 상담전문가 2명의 연구참여자를 대상으로 면담하였으며, Clandinin과 Conelly(2007)가 제시한 삼차원 연구공간과 내러티브 탐구절차에 따라 면담자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 상담자 내부적 차원의 돌봄경험과 의미는 <내공과 외공으로 지어가는 상담전문가(家)>의 내러티브로, 외부환경적 차원의 돌봄경험과 의미는 <돌봄의 충돌지점>의 내러티브로 재구성되었다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 상담자의 돌봄경험과 의미의 시사점을 중심으로 상담자 자기돌봄과 내담자 돌봄의 실천적 방안에 대해 논의하고 후속연구를 위해 제언하였다. 본 연구는 상담자의 내부적 차원과 외부환경적 차원의 돌봄경험과 의미를 전체적으로 조망함으로써 기존의 상담자 경험의 연구지평을 확장하였다는데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study are to investigate the counselor`s caring experience and meaning through the narrator of the therapist and to explore the practical implications of it. For this purpose, a total of 2 intermediate level female counselor were interviewed in the study. The interview data were analyzed according to narrative inquiry procedure proposed by Clandinin and Conelly(1991). As a result of the analysis, the experience and meaning of the counselor`s internal level were reconstructed as a narrative of the counseling specialist built by internal and external counseling experience, and the experience and meaning of the external environmental dimension were the narrative of the point of collision of care. Based on the results of the analysis, the practical method of self - care for the therapist and care for the client was discussed centering on the counselor`s experience of care and implications of meaning. In addition, suggestions for the further study were presented. This study is meaningful to expand the research horizon of the existing counselor experience by looking at the whole of the counselor`s internal and external environmental care experience and meaning.
