본 연구에서는 대학생들의 취업불안과 진로적응성이 어떠한 관계가 있는지 사회적 지지와 진로탐색효능감을 매개효과 변인으로 설정하여 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 대학생 220명의 자료를 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 검증하였으며 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 취업불안은 진로적응성과의 관계에서 유의미한 부적상관이 있음이 나타났다. 둘째, 취업불안은 사회적 지지와 진로탐색효능감간의 관계에서 부적인 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 지지와 진로탐색효능감은 진로적응성에 정적인 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 취업불안과 진로적응성과의 관계에서 사회적 지지와 진로탐색효능감이 완전매개를 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 진로적응 과정에서 취업불안을 줄이는 것이 중요하며, 취업불안을 줄여 진로적응성을 높이기 위해 사회적 지지와 진로탐색효능감을 증진시키는 것이 필요함을 시사한다. 끝으로 본 연구의 제한점 및 후속 연구를 논의하였다.

This study was to examine the mediating effects of social support and career search self-efficacy on the relation between job-seeking anxiety and career adaptability. The targets for this study were 220 undergraduate students and the data were analyzed by SEM to verify the mediating effects. The results are as follows. First, job-seeking anxiety had a negative correlation with career adaptability. Second, job-seeking anxiety had negative correlations on social support and career search self-efficacy, and social support and career search self-efficacy had a positive correlation on career adaptability. Third, social support and career search self-efficacy had the complete mediating effects on the relation between job-seeking anxiety and career adaptability. The results of this study imply that it is significant to reduce job-seeking anxiety in the process of career adaptability and that it is necessary to enhance social support and career search self-efficacy to decrease job-seeking anxiety and to increase career adaptability. Implication for research and limits of this study were discussed.
