본 연구는 기혼여성이 지각한 아동, 청소년기 부-자녀관계의 특성이 부부갈등에 미치는 영향에서 대상적 자기손상의 매개효과를 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기혼 여성 474명이 부-자녀관계척도, 대상적 자기손상척도, 부부갈등척도를 완성하였다. 결과 분석을 위해 기술통계 분석, 상관분석, 구조 방정식 모형 검증을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 부-자녀관계는 대상적 자기손상, 부부갈등과 부적 상관을 보였으며, 대상적 자기손상과 부부갈등은 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 구조모형분석에서 부-자녀관계가 부부갈등에 미치는 영향에서 대상적 자기손상이 완전매개 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 부트스트랩을 통해 간접효과를 확인한 결과 대상적 자기손상의 간접효과는 유의미하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 부-자녀관계의 영향에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있었고, 대상적 자기손상에 대한 개입을 통해 부부갈등을 줄일 수 있다는 치료적 시사점을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating role of impaired objective self in effect of a child, adolescent`s father-daughter relationship on marital conflict among married women. For this purpose, a total of 474 married women completed measures of father-child relationship, impaired objective self, marital conflict. For data analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation models were used. The major results are as follows: first, the result of correlation analysis showed that father-child relationship had a negative correlation with impaired objective self and marital conflict, while impaired objective self had a positive correlation with marital conflict. Second, a structural model analysis showed that impaired objective self fully mediated between childhood father-child relationship and marital conflict. Third, through bootstrapping for indirect effect test, it was found that impaired objective self has a significant mediating effect of the relationship between childhood father-child relationship and marital conflict. The results of this study reveal further understanding into father-child relationship effect. Also, it was found that marital conflict could be decreased through therapeutic interventions about impaired objective self.
