본 연구의 목적은 청소년이 지각하는 부·모양육행동과 행복의 관계에서 낙관성이 매개역할을 하는지 살펴보기 위함이다. 이를 위해 중·고등학교 학생 461명을 임의 표집 하였으며, 수집되어진 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 Pearson 상관분석, 회귀분석, Baron과 Kenney의 매개적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석 결과 첫째, 부·모양육행동과 행복, 낙관성이 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 부·모양육행동이 긍정적일수록 행복과 낙관성이 높았으며, 낙관성이 높을수록 행복이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 낙관성은 부양육행동과 행복과의 관계에서 부분매개 역할을 하는 매개변수인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 낙관성은 모양육행동과 행복과의 관계에서 부분매개 역할을 하는 매개변수인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 청소년 행복을 증진시킬 수 있는 교육 및 상담 개입 전략을 마련하는 기준을 제시하고 나아가 청소년 행복을 위한 효율적인 방안을 마련하는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the optimism plays a mediating role in the relationship between parenting behavior and happiness perceived by adolescent. For this study, 461 middle and high school students were randomly sampled, and the collected data were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis, mediation regression analysis of Baron and Kenney using SPSS 20.0. The main analysis results were as follows: First, there was a correlation between the parenting behavior of happiness and optimism. The more positive parenting behavior was, the higher happiness and optimism were, and the higher the optimism, the higher the happiness. Second, optimism was a parameter that plays a partial mediation role in relationship between fathers` parenting behavior and happiness. Also, optimism was a partial mediating variable that plays a mediation role in the relationship between mothers` parenting behavior and happiness. Based on these results, it can be used as a basic data for establishing effective standards for the happiness of the adolescent as well as providing the standards for the education and counseling intervention strategies that can promote happiness of adolescent.
