산학협동교육의 취지는 학교 교육현장에서 습득한 이론을 산업 현장 니즈를 토대로 이론과 실제의 접목을 꾀하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 하지만 현재 운영되고 있는 산학협동교육의 프로그램들은 본래의 취지와는 달리 운영되고 있는 경우가 빈번하다. 이에 따라 학생들 또한 산학협동교육을 통해 학교에서 배운 이론과 현장실무의 접목이라는 취지와는 달리 취업을 위한 통과 의례 중 하나로 인식하는 경향이 있다. 본 논문은 A대학교 경영학부 산학협동교육 사례로 실무현장과 연계한 문제해결중심의 수업이 `어떤 과정을 통하여 이루어졌고, 실질적인 결과 창출을 통하여 본래의 학습 목적을 어떻게 달성했는지?`에 관한 구체적인 프로세스, 콘텐츠, 학습방식 등을 구체적으로 제시하였다. 본 논문은 현재 대학·대학원 등에서 운영되고 있는 산학협동교육 프로그램이 가지는 여러 가지 한계점을 개선하는데 큰 도움이 될 것이다.

The purpose of cooperative education (Co-op) is to combine theory and practice in educational fields to suit the needs of industrial fields. However, the current Co-op programs are often operated away from its purpose, unlike the original intention which combine theory and practice between educational fields and industrial fields. As a result, students often see cooperative education as one of the ways to get a job. This paper investigated a Co-op case attended by students who are majoring in Business Administration at A University. This study examines how the problem base learning between two fields are performed and What outcomes are generated. Especially, a detailed process, content and learning method are provided. In addition, this case will help improve the limitations of the Co-op education programs which are currently operated by universities and graduate schools.
