본 연구는 자기인식을 측정하기 위한 신뢰롭고 타당한 척도를 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 문헌 및 선행연구 고찰을 통해 문항을 개발하였고, 문항의 내용타당도 검증을 위해 10인의 전문가패널을 대상으로 델파이조사를 실시하였으며, 문항이해도 평가를 위해 대학생 28명을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하였다. 본 조사를 통해 수집한 자료를 토대로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 내적 자기인식, 대인관계적 자기인식, 환경적 자기인식의 3개 요인이 추출되었고, 준거타당도 검증 결과 관련변인들과 모두 양호한 크기의 정적 상관을 나타내었다. 또한, 확인적 요인분석을 통한 측정모형 평가에서 양호한 적합도를 나타내어 자기인식척도가 3요인구조를 가진 측정모형임이 확인 되었다. 끝으로, 모수추정집단과 교차타당화집단 간 모형비교를 통한 교차타당성 검증에서 두 집단의 모형이 요인계수와 공분산까지도 동일하다는 것이 확인되어 본 연구를 통해 개발된 자기인식척도의 3요인 측정모형이 새로운 표본의 자료에도 잘 부합하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이로써 본 연구를 통해 개발된 자기인식척도의 신뢰도 및 타당도가 검증되었고, 3요인 구조의 측정모형과 그 교차타당성이 입증되었다.
The purpose of the present study was to develop and validate the Self-Awareness Scale(SAS) which examines the measurement of self-awareness. Based on literature review and previous research, nine preliminary questions in three sub-factors were suggested. Prior to this investigation, Delphi tests were conducted on panels composed of 10 psychological counseling specialists to verify content validity, and content understanding survey of 28 college students in Seoul city were conducted to validate face validity. As a result of exploratory factor analysis based on the data collected through the survey, three correlated factors of intrapersonal, interpersonal, & Environmental self-awareness were extracted, and the results of criterion-related validity test were correlated with related variables and showed satisfactory size. Also, it was confirmed that the SAS was a three - factor structure model with good fit in the evaluation of the measurement model through confirmatory factor analysis. Finally, in the cross validation test through the model comparison between the parameter estimation group and the cross validation group, it was confirmed that the factor and the covariance were the same in the two groups. The three factor measurement model of the SAS has also been found to fit well with the data of the new sample. The reliability and validity of the SAS developed through this study were verified, and the three - factor structure measurement model and its cross validity were proved.
